POLICY GUIDELINES
This network provides domain hosting to thousands of clients, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and provide the best services available. The following guidelines were designed to insure these services.
| Billing:
It is the responsibility of the domain owner to notify us in writing either by mail or email to cancel their account. In the case of every cancellation we will send a confirmation of receipt and a final statement showing the account closed in good standing. Accounts paid on an annual basis will receive a notice 30 days prior that payment is due. Accounts paid on a semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly basis will be charged automatically on their billing date. Charges will accrue on all accounts until we are notified in writing by the owner of the account indicating if the account is to remain open or to be closed. Failure to pay an invoice balance due will not automatically close an account or exempt the domain owner from future periodic billing. Our hosting service is like any other service such as telephone, cable tv, or your utility services. At no time will we assume the service is no longer necessary even if contact is unable to be made with the domain owner. Resellers are billed on a monthly basis and will be charged for the total quantity of domains on their monthly billing date. Added domains (resold) will remain on their account until a remove request is placed through the reseller administration control panel. Remove requests will not be accepted by phone or email. Proper procedure must be followed at all times to ensure accurate domain accounting. Billing errors will be handled on a case by case basis. If your account was overcharged we will promptly refund the amount due. If your account was undercharged or overlooked in a giving billing period, it is the responsibility of the domain owner to notify us as soon as possible. Audits are performed from time to time to confirm accurate accounting on all accounts. Failure to pay or receive an invoice does not exempt the domain owner of their financial obligation to date. Note: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on all servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. We will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Traffic Guidelines Unlimited Traffic: We are pleased to offer our clients unlimited Web page traffic. To maintain the integrity of our service and provide all of our clients consistently high quality server responsiveness the following limitations apply: If you are the average successful commercial web site, you can expect to use less than 1 gig of data transfer per month. Unless you fall under the below catagory, your data transfer should not be of any concern. We do not limit the traffic of our websites unless they fall under the below limitations. Due to the unique resource characteristics and traffic patterns associated with certain types of sites, the following are limited to 8 gigs of free traffic:
For sites that do not qualify for unlimited traffic, your traffic will go unmonitored until you reach 8 gigs. Thereafter, normal data transfer cost of 2.5¢ a meg per month, over the 8 gigabyte allowance will apply.
